Komplete Kontrol Control Surface Customization

Hi, is anyone using a Komplete Kontrol as control surface and knows how to customize it?

In particular the 4-way button... On the keyboard screen I see it cycling through tracks, but how do I actually activate one? Ideally I'd like to select a track and activate it by pushing the button instead of clicking with the mouse. Can anyone share the code if they have it, or am I simply missing something and this should work by default?
