Not something I use a lot but was trying to add Clip FX (volume) to a sample and it appears to be broken. (clarify: the integrated clip FX option on an audio clip, not the drag and drop plugin to clip option)
Tried selecting other options and also no luck. The waveform disappears, the clip FX curve adjustment has no effect. When I duplicated the clip with the {faulty} clip FX activated the copy played but the original was silent. Tried adding multiple clip FX to test, Route 1 to the desktop via audio engine crash.
I did use this once a couple of months back and it was working then.
(Clip FX, still working or not?) Updated: works fine when 'Use Proxy Files' is activated.

So far I've done just a quick test by selecting the "volume" Clip FX option from the little FX icon on the top of an audio clip. It added the FX as a visible blue line on the cip and it does work for me. I should note that it doesn't instantly take effect. When I slide the blue line up or down and then let go of it there is a little pause and then the volume level changes audibly and also the displayed waveform in the audio clip changes to match.
I did a Ctrl+drag to copy the clip a few times. Set each clip to its own volume level setting. No problems.
Windows 10, Waveform 12.5.5
