Hi all
Any one else noticed held notes being cut short when moving another note in the same sequence. This anomaly seemed to creep in after Mulab 7 (for me anyway). Is this happening for anyone else?
It's particularly frustrating if your working on a chord sequence of held notes because it silences the instrument until the next chord begins.

OK, first create a blank sequence, maybe 4 bars. Then enter in four chords each 1 bar in length (held notes). Now play this as a loop and try moving one of the notes in the sequence.
Its like the movement invokes a note off for all the other notes in that sequence.

Ah you mean the notes are cut *while* you're moving the note(s), not *as a result* of the moved note, correct? So after the move everything plays fine again, correct?

Yes that's exactly it. It's like the movement invokes a note off command to all the other notes.

Yes that's indeed something that should be polished. You're right that it crept in a couple of years ago, and i postponed polishing that while working on other things. Will do in one of the next updates.

Yes, if the anomaly could be got rid of, that would be great. I was hoping this would disappear in M9.
Cheers
