Hide custom GUIs of plugins in MXXX

I am looking for the option "Custom GUIs for devices" in MXXX since I want to use the generic rather than the custom GUIs, for example for TurboReverb. In MSoundFactory there is such an option, in MXXX it seems that some plugins have an `*EX` version. An option on a per-plugin level would also work.

In MXXX the plugins are "trimmed" so to speak - they have no multiparameters, modulators etc., that's why they don't have any devices. The "Ex" modules are the extensions for that, these are the (almost) full plugins, so they take way more resources, but they do have the devices. However you can't really control the custom GUIs switch, sorry. It may work with the global plugins, not sure - like you disable it for MTurboReverb, so it won't be available for MTurboReverb module. Not sure, this is really not a priority, sorry.

Just for future reference, it actually works:

It may work with the global plugins, not sure - like you disable it for MTurboReverb, so it won't be available for MTurboReverb module.

So, switching in the standalone MTurboReverb to generic GUI, switches also the GUI in the MXXX module! (Hence, nothing needs to be fixed.)
