This bug is present in the latest beta version of Mulab. The render bug has been fixed.

What's missing is to put the Multi-Sampler in a PolySynth, otherwise it cannot function polyphonically.

A quick way to have a preset multi-sample player is to insert the factory Instruments -> Templates -> MultiSampla.

And as of M9.1 you can fully customize this MultiSampla template if you would like it in (a bit) different way.
