Another month gone without any vital sign from Aspect.
I would be happy to read at least something about its progress... if there is any...

Very little progress, alas, over the past month, as I've been caught up with other things that have eaten into much more development time than I had planned. I will endeavour over the next few weeks to get this update to a state where I can let some others get their hands on it, as I do appreciate it's well overdue, as really there isn't a huge amount left.

If you'd just take the final step from "mid-january imminent release" to the finish...
wouldn't it be both a great relief and the chance to concentrate on "the other project" exclusively?
I mean... so many advantages... must be horribly teasing, huh?

Actually, pretty good. I've managed to dedicate a good chunk of time over the past month to Aspect. I was this close [ .... ] to getting it beta-able, and so if June doesn't turn into much of a busy month, there is a good change that you, kylie, will have it on your hard drive by this time next month and never have to ask me again!

But I appreciate your efforts a lot, Colin ! And, yes, I noticed you released updates to other plugins meanwhile as well, and if Aspect is getting as much love and treatment from you as all the other stuff everything will be fine in the end.

So I will remain silent until next month or the official release - whatever happens first.

So as to not to start a new thread but how are we looking for ARM builds for Resound, Manifold and Shift Colin?

I believe Manifold and Resound are done, but just need to go through some testings. For Shift, there are some new features planned/in development for the next version, but I'd be happy to send you an ARM build of the "current" release, if you're interested.

"By this time" surely means 4th of... whatever month, so I felt it would have been be rude to ask three days ago.

Yes, very good chance. I've not even had the excuse that'd I've been distracted by other stuff, as I managed to absolutely meet all the time I allocated for Aspect work this month; it's just, these last tweaks are taking longer than I had hoped. I'm absolutely loving the new MSEGs though (yes: we have MSEGs now as well!)
