Plugin windows opening BEHIND unanchored mixer

I have set plugins to open on screen 2, as some offenders open behind the main Waveform gui. (Melda being the worst)
Also, Native Instruments save prompt opens behind the plugin gui, I use task manager to get to it.
Not sure where the problem lies, but also only a minor headache.
