The title says all. Any generic steps on how to setup in ML9 would be great
[SOLVED] Is there a "right way" of doing sidechain?

Using MuLab 9.1.8 it's quite simple:
- Right-click a rack slot containing a module with aux inputs, eg compressor
- Choose "Setup Rack Sidechain"
- Select the source rack slot aux output.

I'm trying to understand something I couldn't find in the Docs.
If I use Send>Audio Output 1 for Sidechain I'm also getting an increase of volume in the Send Rack unit (Kick) output to the Master,
But
If I use a Send>Event Output 1 then the Sidechain works as it should without the increased volume output on the Kick Rack.
I thought Events are only MIDI....
