I was once working on apPressor (the compressor to rule them all
).
That was many years ago. Many of the ideas I had back then were realized in modern compressors, such as Pro-C2. So I see no need to do that now. But I do have a few ideas that might become a compressor in the future, it's just not on my personal roadmap yet. Personally, I just use apShaper (or apQualizr) to do dynamics. Often when I think I need to use a compressor, what I really want is some distortion on the transients.
So overall, no true compressor plans right now.. but I have plenty of other ideas.

Whatever it is, it'll probably replace a bunch of other plugs in the same family for me.
