I'm a lover of this eq, i think everyone should get it! I'm using (almost) just this one for everything!
Although there are few things i'd like to be improved.
1) Why there's no tilt shape? I hope you can implement it, it's useful
2) Visualization: Nevermind it's already there i'm just blind
The analyzer details from low-mid to high freq is too smooth for certain operation. I'd like a more detailed peak view (such pro-q3). I don't mean to have it as default or change it, but an option to enable it. I see there is an option "view type" where i can decrease it, but an increased one would be nice to have
EDIT:
I have a "new second request"
2) For the analyzer would be nicer an option to setup a different normalization value instead of 0. I think it helps to have a better visual reading

VIisualization - try reducing the Smoothness (slider just above the graph area).

@darkstar i feel dumb now. I even remember i've already used that in the past and somehow i deleted from my brain (and my eyes too apparently). Thanks for the hint!
@imrae I was thinking about a static option. Althoug a dynamic section may be created with a secondary point you can decide to put along the tilt axis that act like a normal dynamic band. It's an idea, i don't think i need it, while the static tilt may be useful. I had to load proq just for a tilt filter mequalizer doesn't have tilt neither
Edit: There is any way to "normalize" ad a lower value than 0? something like -10db?
Cause it's a nice feature for quiet sounds but 0 makes the visual reading difficult imo
If not MELDA please consider to add this feature

The FR is to add Tilt along Bell, Shelf....

Sorry if this is obvious, but while there's no tilt filter, there's an easy view tilt filter preset that just uses 2 filters, a low slope and a high. Does this suffice?

Press the Edit button to display the included devices. There is a Tilt EQ device.mjudge55 wrote: Sun Jul 16, 2023 8:10 pm Sorry if this is obvious, but while there's no tilt filter, there's an easy view tilt filter preset that just uses 2 filters, a low slope and a high. Does this suffice?

That one it's not a tilt even if it looks like, as mjudge55 wrote these are 2 shelfs. They may looks similar to a tilt, and they may works for single sounds, but i woudn't use it in a mix or master bus or just a bus if i need to rebalance it.
A Tilt it's perfectly linear between the extremes, and this is what it makes a good choice for an unbalanced material.
Here the frequency response looks logaritmic close to the points and not as they should at the extremes.
It's a nice device since there's no tilt that may works for something, but it's not what i'm looking for.
Thanks for the suggestion anyway!!!

Edit: I'm looking at the more extreme ends of the Pivot % and now I see what you mean, Frankie.
If it doesn't work for you, there's no debating that. However, it's not two shelf filters. It's two "slope" filters, which are more linear (on a log freq scale) than "shelves". As you observed, there is a roughly +/- 0.25dB deviation from a common linear axis, though each half of the axis is significantly linear.

Thanks Sparella for check this out.
@Melda if introducing a real Tilt it require too much time i understand, i will just load another eq, i prefer you to focus on more important stuff, you know your own priorities better than i do. Anyway my "normalization" request it's something i'd really like to have. Maybe instead of normalization button, just a box where you can enter the value, should be really nice cause the workflow would be really fast, since it's something that depends on the signal, and going every time in to the settings, isn't so nice (if you would put it there)

Here is a quick addition to the Tilt preset. I added a "Pivot" parameter that shifts the center frequency of the tilt. Copy the code below and press paste in the toolbar. Oversampling will flatten the high frequency cramping if its an issue.

To paste preset code, I left click and drag to highlight the text. I right click on it and select copy. Then I open an instance of MAutoDynamicEq. I click the "Toolbar" label on the right to show the toolbar menu.:
Then I click the paste button (circled on the right in the image below):
Then it immediately displays the controls:
