You are welcome.

Trick is to delete first part of the link to get just the mediafire link, at least that's how I did it :)

What's the likelihood some of these plugins are 64 bit? I have Cubase 12 and as I'm sure you all know it doesn't support 32bit and I don't want to do the research and find the synths I want to play catch-up on you guys with I cant use :(
Broke my heart when I couldn't use TAL U-NO!

Bob thanks for the reply! Light and 2 versions are the same. I have this version, but there was an even earlier version called BuzzRizerFree, as far as I remember it had a different GUI, but I could be wrong about this. "Free" version was a little earlier than the KVR challenge ended.

Homegrown Sounds electric sitar plugin? Win 32-bit with Synthedit, but dog gone it, I need that one particular sound.
The page is still here, but there isn't even a Wayback Machine archived version of the VST.

EDIT: Not even HG Sounds Wayback page has this one!

You could take your chances that the sounds you need are coaxable from the sitar loops recorded from the same instrument and available in the collection here:

That would be a long shot:
1. I'm looking for a rompler to play specific parts in an arrangement, instead of a loop or a "hit".
2. I need the sound of an electric sitar rather than the actual traditional instrument. There's more of a 1970s vintage American soul/R&B thing going on.

Nope these are usually stuff created before 64 bit plugins were around. You should get savihost and record to wav.

Why not get jBridge? $19 (US) & says will work in Cubase. There's also something called NetVST, which is free.

I haven't used these. FL has a Bridge built in.

HG Electric Sitar Demo (7.26MB)
https://web.archive.org/web/*/https://w ... /vst/vsti/*
(you need to click on the link that appears again to search for the archived links)

The demo may be a reduced version but it's without restrictions as far as I can see and the randomise buttons are useful.

btw, I added an s to the original 'http' download link to find a link that worked.

Anyone have the free plugins (requires free registration) from https://music-society.de/?

For example, https://rekkerd.org/music-society-intro ... -katarina/

For example, and partially answering my own question, https://testblog.music-society.de/category/vsti/
