Linux vst3 plugins

How comes that the Linux vst3 plugins (collective / F-em)
-give a segmentation fault in Ubuntu
-do not pass you own 'pluginval' check
-do not pass the validation on https://validatemyplugin.com/ -- 'sponsored by tracktion'

Searches on the internet show that this is not new.
Are you going to fix this anytime soon?
Surely, you must know there is a problem here.
