I'm trying to locate user athryimmusic.
It saddens me to have to post this here, but I'm trying to rectify a problem:
I purchased Process.Audio Sugar from him, last year. Although I've been able to use the plug-in, the transfer was NOT completed properly. As such, Process.Audio doesn't show the plug-in in my account, because they say they have no record of the transfer.
It's fully authorized on my iLok, but somehow, despite the iLok authorization, Process.Audio isn't aware that the plug-in was sold to me. As a result, I cannot download updates, etc.
I reached out to athryimmusic about this via PM, back in April, but four months later, still no reply. Since the license was transferred via iLok, I don't suspect foul play. However, the transfer remains incomplete, and I cannot rectify this on my own. As such, I'm posting this here in hopes that somehow athryimmusic can be reached (perhaps by anyone else here who knows him/her), so that he/she can contact me and get this sorted out.
