Hi there

I'm a Pro customer running Waveform on a AV-Linux (MX edition) system and so far everything has worked perfectly. However, yesterday I changed my account email as I have a new one. After doing this I started the download manager, logged out from the old email user and logged in with my new email. Now there is absolutely nothing i to in the download manager. Shown below

Here is my system

Of course I have tested with uninstall and the install, but with same result. I guess there is some confusing information somewhere causing this. Is there a way to completely erase everything that has something to do with Tracktion so I can get a fresh restart.

Thanks

I fine Download Manager useless it has always showed me stuff I already have installed, so you're lucky. Stick to individual installers, IMO - far saner.

Did you try clicking the reload icon at the top of the GUI ?

"mikoatvtr" - Yes I did, resulting in nothing. Well well, I guess I'll go with "hyterabbut" s suggestion until something comes up.

Thanks for the answer both of you :)

With Windows there is a particular folder/directory that the personal settings are stored in. That's the one to delete for a complete new start. I've no idea what the Linux equivalent is.

In case the Windows location might give you some clues, it's here:

C:\Users\AlbertCrispinStruddlewick\AppData\Roaming\Tracktion

and it contains a couple of .log files and one called TracktionDownloads.xml plus a variety of subfolders, including ones called Waveform, Content, Keyfiles, and others with names of T/W related plug-ins or groups of plug-ins. Yours may differ, but this should give you an idea of the folder
[W10-64, T5/6/7/W8/9/10/11/12/13, 32(to W8)&64 all, Spike],[W7-32, T5/6/7/W8, Gina16] everything underused.

Many thanks 'jabe'. I found the folder in ~/.config/Tracktion and there I deleted the TracktionDownloads.xml file. Voila! Problem solved. Again - Many thanks :)
