HI, what is the usual turnaround on support queries from Tracktion. Not having any massive problem needing immediate attention but wondering how responsive they are.

- Hi! Here is the answer to any of my latest inquiries. I have a pro version of TW. The answers are formal and not related to the question. In the letters I indicate everything that is necessary, but the support does not seem to see this. And it looks like bullying.

Honestly, this is what I feel holds back WF in the DAW world. These forums are the main form of support and for the free version, that's fine, but if you have Pro or Free + paid expansions, I think the expectations are higher.

Yes, I have the Pro version. I even was forced to pay for another bunch of mediocre plugins called DAW Essentials (I think) which I never used since. And I get what? A bugy DAW with a zero support.

I contacted them recently and had a reply on the same day.

Their advice didn't work so I replied. I received another reply on the next day.

I wrote again with more information and received another reply three days later.

I thought it was not too bad at all.

By Tracktion. Updates used to be a half the price of the last one. If I remember correctly, with the upgrade to Waveform 12, we were made to buy the included plugin bundle we didn't want (in most cases).

Same here. I have filled in a support form and also mailed them about 5-6 times without and answer. Being a Pro-customer I must say that's just ludicrous
