FR: Allow user to drag sample into device GUI.

It would be nice to have a targetable parameter that editors can implement that allows the user to drag an audio file into the device gui for MSF and MXXX (for compatible plugins such as convolution) instead of having the user go into the edit window.

I'm afraid that is very unlikely... easy screens just have lots of limitations.
