New user of Zebra Legacy

Just purchased this. I have tried searching and emailing for a answer.
Is it true that the soundsets that come with this VST will not be available until September 1?

I guess while looking for the Dark Zebra soundsets and included soundset folders, I didn't see them. I will try downloading again. I'm sure I am missing something.

The soundsets are contained as individual installers. The Dark Zebra is a normal installer while all other soundsets are installed by dragging onto Zebra's editor window.

There's an extensive documentation on the installation process in the download called "HOW TO INSTALL.pdf" which you can open with Acrobat Reader or similar apps. It details every step and even links to a video that explains the process.

Yes thank you. I did install the Zebra Legacy 293 (rev 12092). I did drag and drop the Zebra Legacy NKS Previews.uhe-soundset.
I promise I am not trying to cause issues, I seem to be missing something. I will re download the installer and drag and drop the NKS previews. Not sure if it makes a difference that I do not have a Kontact keyboard?

The presets themselves are included in the installer. The installer is available by clicking the blue Botton here (which may say "Windows" or "Linux"):

It does not make a difference if you don’t have a Native Instruments controller.

BTW, The Dark Zebra will only show those presets from The Dark Knight, if that’s what you’re looking for. Separate plugin.

Finally things have dawned on me. @Urs- I went back to the website re downloaded the soundsets and noted the 3 folders that I had not seen one of which was The Dark Zebra and Legacy Soundsets. @zerocrossing- thank you for pointing out that Dark Zebra was a separate plugin! I think I was stressing out for no reason...smh. All is working.

Nice. I’m so old, there was no Dark Zebra when I started Zebra. Don’t get too comfey, though, Zebra 3 is on the way.

As long as you got a Zebra2 license, you have full access to all the Zebra Legacy content. Just download Zebra Legacy and enjoy.

Now to spend a week going thru the sounds and learning this wonderful plug in!

I suggest getting at least one new track started in each soundset, even if it's just a seq and a pad.
And take notes/use the favorites function etc
