There's also a Devi Ever fuzz pedal by that name. Haven't tried it but seems well-regarded.vurt wrote: Thu Aug 24, 2023 8:31 pm if anyone knows of a ruby that is worth having, either pedal or module, let me know.

that's also got some cosmos on it, as i was getting a lot of empty space in the elmyra audio, when it broke down and i panicked.whyterabbyt wrote: Sun Aug 27, 2023 9:42 am I watched your Elmyra YT video about three times. It was kinda annoying TBH. Because "damn, thats what I wanted to do with it...."![]()
now ive gone through the manual properly, with the unit in hand, i can sort that straightaway now i know which bits cause what.
have also worked out the delay sweet spot on elmyra to use more of that.
looking forward to getting back in there later for more noodles

This year I bought a Yamaha FS3 and a couple of Valhalla plugs. That is it.

The synth I want to get the most this year is a Moog Matriarch. It sounds as colorful as it looks, and it's basically a Moog Model 15 in keyboard form. I am also thinking of getting a DP-008EX to multitrack with, and the Hydrasynth Desktop seems like it would complement the Matriarch due to its CV outs. Not to mention, the Hydrasynth's scale modes would work well with my Launchpad Pro Mk3, which has poly aftertouch. If there is one dream synth I want, it's the 3rd Wave (forget the Moog One, Udo Super Gemini, or Prophet 10).

there's a bit on the elmyra that you can plug them (or components) in to.
im assuming they have circuits inside, they change the behaviour of the ouch circuit, kitty, in front facing, lower patch point (there's 2) sounds more like a fuzz pedal than with none when it sounds more like a bitcrushy type sound.

Can't remember when I last posted but in 2023:
-Minimoog reissue. Received late Jan, had ordered around black friday. I have owned the Boog + multiple software emulations but having the real thing is awesome. Only problem was my OSC1 died, they paid for shipping and fixed it in about 72 hours which I thought was impressive.
-Novation Summit. Got a great deal, it's interesting and my only other wavetable synth is the Iridium desktop. I like the "animate" buttons.
-Expressive E Osmose. Amazing. I use it for MPE control for a couple hardware synths+MPE capable VSTs, its internal sound engine, and using it as a regular MIDI controller for hardware/vst.

Waiting for my Behringer K-2 + 6 extra patch cables to arrive Later this week.
I already own a Behringer Pro 800 and a Roland SE-02 so i think the K-2 Will be a great addon to my setup where each has their own unique sound
