Hi Support Team.

I hope that you're reading this Forum from time to time :)

I could not find any other means of contacting MeldaProduction Support Team and I hope that I've chosen the right channel.

I've recently installed Ableton on a new PC, deactivated 'MMultiAnalyzer' plugin on the old PC and then tried to enter the licence key on the 'Redeem Licence Key' page, but I'm receiving an error that states that the 'the key has already been used'.

i've purchased the licence via PluginBoutique store some time ago.

Can I still use this licence on my new PC?

Please help!

Hi Ilyeah,

I'm not a support member, but you should find the license file in your Melda account that was probably created after you redeemed the code from PluginBoutique the first time. Alternatively, you can also enter your account credentials in the license manager of the plugin to automatically download the license.
