How do you remove 'Auto-Tempo Mode' from a clip?

Good day, all. Today, imported an mp3 file into one of my tracks. I wanted to speed the whole clip up, using Elastique Pro, but there's a message in the clip properties saying "Speed controls are currently unavailable as the clip is in Auto-Tempo Mode". How do I remove Auto-Tempo Mode for a clip? I cannot find a checkbox, or any other way, to turn it off. Many thanks!

Waveform now tries to en-loopify any audio clips for you. To turn that off go to Settings -> General -> Editing and de-select Detect tempo of imported audio files
Surely there must be consensus by now...
