Picking up the Overloud 2A/3A for $23 awhile back was a killer deal - like the 1176, I prefer Overloud to UAD on these compressors. The UAD 176 is nice to add color, though, but a bit CPU heavy.

Also preferred the mk1 mode of MJUC to the UAD Fairchild but only just a little.

For native plugins, UAD is just another plugin maker. Worth checking out, but not necessarily the best.

I don’t think they will. I have the diamond pack and have a $50 coupon just deposited toward the dbx 160.

Can you use both coupons on dbx and get it for $14?
Also, you can try to buy the dbx, and receive another $25 coupon, and get $50 off the la2a

If I use both coupons then I will only have presumably one $25 coupon (if UAD sends me another one after buying dbx).
The price of LA2A is $150 right now.

Is it normal that I have bought the diamond bundle and some other UAD plugins and I've never received any personal discount voucher except for the generic ones?

I bought the 1176 on third party site and never received any voucher.
Bought today the dbx from the official site and received $25 voucher.

UAD plugins that have been registered using redemption codes from resellers will not trigger thank you coupons.

I really like the version TrackComp and shouldn't have bought this, but the TrackComp GUI just isn't all the inspiring. After years with it, I feel like the gain-scaling on the Treshold fader does the plugin a disservice. Using TrackComp, I'm like, "woah, look how deep the threshold is, that can't be right." But really it's totally normally. It's a use your ears not eyes thing. Whereas with UA, you can use your eyes.
