Sometimes on YouTube you come across an instructional video that does everything right.
I was able to gain 40 MB per second just by utilizing this method.
You will not regret following the steps in this video. I'd had Kaspersky cloud running on uber picky virus and malware settings; so I don't think you should have a problem at all with any link he provides.

Hi,
His advices may be right (i’m not very interested) ; but he is spreading a very dirty habit : downloading tools found from nowhere, on a file hosting service.
This is spreading bad education.
He should have pointed to a commonly trusted website/or, at least, headed to a very-highly trustable forum member post that authored the tool and shared the link, if the tool is not hosted.
As someone giving advices to non-IT people, he should not redirect publicly to an executable on a file hosting website…
