When EZdrummer 2 came out, users had a limited time to do the (paid) upgrade from version 1. After that, the upgrade path was gone for good. A pretty shady way to force people to upgrade. I surely hope they won't repeat that. Apart from that, Toontrack have always been super helpful to me.

Melda MGuitarArchitect for $105 intro price
https://www.meldaproduction.com/MGuitarArchitect

I have MTurboAmp and MCabinet. Looks like the site chose MCabinet ownership to cut the price for me down to $50. So, maybe worth checking your account.

I haven't yet played with the demo. It looks like it's basically a wrapper for their other plugs, and you can use the ones that you own inside it.

I'll probably buy it, because I'm an ampsim addict. I expect it to sound good, be extremely powerful and configurable, and relatively unintuitive to use. :P

EDIT: Diving into it a little further and surfing around the net reveals that it's also a wrapper for the Neural Amp Modeler. Nice!

When buying, does the buyer pay the amount the seller asked or does the person also cover the charges, so that the seller receive the exact amount they were asking for? Like, before paying paypal would show the amount you are paying and how much the person is going to get. What's the etiquette followed here?

Each seller makes their own terms and as a seller, should consider if those terms are negotiable.

As far as etiquette, my personal advice is that it would be better to cut your losses on a completed sale. Take it as a lesson learned, because next time you can better calculate the different fees and unfavorable currency exchange via PayPal (my experience too).

As a buyer, they have no way to understand your intended return on a sale. People offer crazy deals sometime just so they can move, so there would be no way for them to think you didn't set a price based on what you as the seller considers fair.

Hope that helps, but I am just one person with a opinion. Maybe someone else can offer their opinion too.

I can get the Analog Classic Pro Bundle for $75 (I already have Diamond). The only benefit for me would be the 670, since the 610 Tube Preamp & EQ Collection isn't Native (yet).

I was hoping I could lower it with another $25 thank you, but I didn't get a 2nd one after upgrading to Diamond. Paying $50 would certainly make it easier to see it listed for $39 later.
Just use MJUC mode 1 and keep the needle from moving much. I like it better than the UAD Fairchild.

If you're selling, the price you list on your For Sale page should include the extra to cover the initial PayPal fee. Regarding there being extra fees to transfer it to your bank account on top of that, I don't have that issue in the UK, but if your country does, then you'll just have to start including those in your price on your For Sale page too, just as you would if it was a developer transfer fee.

If you're buying, always communicate with the seller first to make sure all fees are included in the price you've been given, unless it says so already, on their For Sale page.

Also, when you're buying something and the seller's currency is different to yours, PayPal have an option hidden away on the final page (at the bottom) before you click to send the payment, which gives you an option to choose between PayPal setting the conversion fee, or your bank doing it. It saves you money if you choose your bank.
Until forever fades away.

That is eur99 and a 67% off regular price.

The site states that "MGuitarArchitect contains all MTurboAmp and MCabinet devices. Therefore users who already own any of the named above can upgrade to MGuitarArchitect at a significantly better price."

And if it hasn't been used yet, there is the "Sign up MeldaProduction newsletter and get 10 EUR worth of credits".

Makes sense! I made an impulsive purchase because the price after the discount was unbelievably low. I had already tried the demo a long time ago due to which I couldn't try it again before making a decision. Only after using it for considerable amount of time, I came to know that it's not working for me. Luckily, even after the fees, I got the money I paid for it plus a couple of bucks extra.

If I ever have to sell again, I'm definitely going to account for the charges that will be levied on me. Not too bad for a first time, I guess.

Thank you! I already purchased the Fairchild, but MUJC is one I keep forgetting to try. I’ll add it to compare.

Not bad and I strongly doubt there’s a single member here that hasn’t bought for the same reason.

This morning's version includes a license for Liquidsonics Lustrous Plates, which is a kick-ass reverb. I clicked through far enough to see that the Platinum Plan sub costs about 70 Euro, which would make it an excellent price for LP.

You also get the magazines and samples, so there's that. I'm assuming that it's an auto-renew thing that you'd have to keep an eye on.

Supposedly only 5 licenses remaining in the promo.

If you don't own a lot of Liquidsonics or Reverb Foundry plugins, this is a good deal. If you do own most of their plugins, you might be able to get a better deal during a sale when you include your upgrade and loyalty discounts (they are cumulative): https://www.liquidsonics.com/upgrades/

When I first bought Lustrous Plates in 2021, I paid $62.59 when the sale price was $149.00 leveraging the discounts available to me at the time. Since then, I'd have a better discount since I've added more plugins since then including upgrading to Lustrous Plates Surround.

In my country it's 47.00 € flat. When purchasing via Pluginboutique it goes down to 41.65 €. :scared:

Because of no chat in the "Bargain Center" I post it here.
You can buy it also from Audiodeluxe:

Does anyone know if Goran Grooves offers upgrade paths to the Producer Collection? I'm new to his mailing list. He seems to have 2 promos going currently. Is this normal? Are there long stretches where everything is full price?
If every KVR member wrote one review a year we'd have 1340 reviews each day!
