It has no dynamics as is, but heard it totally squashed on the radio and cannot stand it since. No structure, goes nowhere. Drivel.

it's usually not the song that i hate but the choice of singer
like, why is kermit the frog even chosen to sing in this song?

I like Don't Stop Believin.
Although I can't stand Anthony Kiedis's voice, the peppers do have some good songs pre Blood Sugar Sex Magic ie their remake of Hank Williams Why Don't You Love Me. Another good one is Magic Johnson off of Mother's Milk.
Bryan Adam's Mutt Lange produced Can"t Stop This Thing We Started is a good song. So is Cuts Like A Knife.
You know what song is worthy of a mention here? Play That Funky Music White Boy

There is no abomination on this earth worse than "Wonderful Christmastime." It is a crime against humanity.

In fact now that I'm on that, I don't think I actually like any songs written by McCartney, although I don't necessarily hate all of them. ("Eleanor Rigby" doesn't count because Lennon was involved too, and I have to be in the right mood to like that one anyway.)
