I love Safety Dance! The album version, the 12" version is a steaming pile. In fact, I like Men Without Hats' first couple of albums and the one they released in 2012 (Love in the Age of War). The rest is of dubious quality/value.

what of the reverse? ie hot for teacher

Didn't some band do a song called something like, what I go to school for, so somesuch? I believe that they are still singing it 20 years later, which now sounds really daft in addition to being creepy as f**k

I think it was one of those pretend punk bands with a number in their name.
I suppose that they lyrics endorse the male gaze and are tantamount to stalking as it's a situation that the victim(?) cannot escape from, as well as sexualising a non-sexual situation. Or something.
