Hey, I just downloaded the 16.08 version and I wanted to try the new empire pack, but after installing, every time I try to open MDownloader I get this message "Downloaded list of available products is corrupt."
I am using a 2023 MacBook Pro M2 Max, macOS 13.4.1
MDownloader ERROR "Downloaded list of available products is corrupt."

I'd wait for support but you can try moving C:\Users\[user]\AppData\Roaming\MeldaProduction\Downloader\Settings.xml to your desktop and see if it repopulates. If not that one, maybe PRODUCTS.XML

you can try Macintosh HD/Library/Application support/MeldaProduction/ or right click on the package and there will be directories inside of it. Up to you, it's a little risky.
