Diva not recognising its own presets?

I just reinstalled on a new computer, i thought I had everything set up fine, installed my own presets and the factory bank were available. I was using them last time my computer was running. But now Diva isn't loading presets. They are loaded in Library/Audio/Presets/u-he/Diva
I can see the presets there is the folder. But they aren't available in Diva itself.
I just reinstalled Diva, no joy, I tried using the refresh function, no joy.
In Diva, if i go to a folder (Bass for example) and right click, "show in finder" it takes me to the correct folder, all the presets are there. But they arent showing in Diva,
