You can get a price history on that site by searching for a product and then clicking on the little grey bar graph icon that shows up in the product listing. It seems to mostly track prices from a selection of third party retailers, so if a sale was limited to the manufacturer's web shop, for instance, there may be no record of it.Hewitt Huntwork wrote: Thu Sep 21, 2023 11:09 pm Try

If you search for something that isn't on sale, it will show you the most recent sale price. Maybe it will show you other sales? I don't know.

Not sure if anyone else is interested in this, but Softube is continuing their various weekend deals.
Chandler Limited Zener Limiter is available for $79. The upgrade to the Zener Bender bundle is another $99.
That makes the total $178 for the bundle, instead of their advertised $549 and still cheaper than their most recent sale at $219.
The Chandler Limited Zener Limiter is the plugin version of the Chandler EMI TG12413 Zener Limiter, based on the EMI RS168 limiter and TG12345 console used in Abbey Roads. - Just in case anyone else is working to replace Waves Abbey Roads, this is supposedly a step in that direction.

This is an interesting sale. I would be happy to know how does Softube’s emulation compare to TrackComp 2’s Zener Limiter? It’s the only compressor/limiter emulation (included in TC2) that I have exclusively with TrackComp 2.

Might want to demo especially if you’re familiar with TrackComp 2.equisonus wrote: Fri Sep 22, 2023 5:43 pmThis is an interesting sale. I haven’t used TrackComp 2, but keep reading different comments from people arguing what’s better, vs what’s good enough between plugin comparisons (and it’s all over the place).
If you search your own questions, there’s lots of comments, but oddly little actual comparison. Seems many people have one or the other from what I could find.
I still am not familiar enough with the Softube one, but will be soon enough.

Unfortunately I don't see a way to get the free "REmatrix Player" to play those IRs. It says you need to purchase a REmatrix IR library to get the free player. So it doesn't look like you can use the Dusty Racks IRs unless you purchase another REmatrix library, unless I'm missing something. The file that you download with Dusty Racks free edition doesn't include the player from what I see, it's just a ".rematrix" file not an installer.Uncle E wrote: Fri Sep 22, 2023 2:22 am Overloud Dusty Rack FREE will only be free for a couple more hours:

Looks like this page should help:

(Found with the instructions on this page, an older free Rematrix lib:

I was able to DL the REmatrix player and the temporarily free IRs a few days ago, I activated 'em in the Player (the instructions said to hit Cancel when asked for an authorization code) and today still, they load just fine. Perhaps you waited too long?seangm wrote: Fri Sep 22, 2023 6:09 pmUnfortunately I don't see a way to get the free "REmatrix Player" to play those IRs. Not sure, I was able to download the free IRs but there was no player included and there was no place on the site that I could find to download the player. The wording on the site said that the player is only included with an IR purchase. Do you know where you downloaded the player from? I can't find any download link on the Overloud site for it. Thanks.cptgone wrote: Fri Sep 22, 2023 6:21 pmI was able to DL the REmatrix player and the temporarily free IRs a few days ago, I activated 'em in the Player (the instructions said to hit Cancel when asked for an authorization code) and today still, they load just fine. Thanks, that's it. I was trying to follow the instructions on the site but it was sending me around in circles and never getting to the download page. Even tried googling for the download page and didn't find it so glad you had a direct link.Uncle E wrote: Fri Sep 22, 2023 6:56 pmhttps://www.overloud.com/installation.php?p=2001seangm wrote: Fri Sep 22, 2023 6:55 pm Not sure, I was able to download the free IRs but there was no player included and there was no place on the site that I could find to download the player.
