Anything by the Bare Naked Ladies, and that Walk 500 miles song.
When the data is corrupt in the Desert of the Real, Beyond the Last Thought, where intuition reigns, is the solace that will embolden and strengthen the soul, giving hope once more to this age of failing technique. eassae.com

BTW, love a lot of 80s music and Cohen rocks 💜
Have to agree here. It was cool and funny before people started with personal insults, but I guess it's always like this.
need i point you to your attacks on me that i ignored?

My wife likes the Christmas song they made with Sarah McLachlan--I hate it, the feeling it inspires in me is one of a caffeinated zealot peeling wet cardboard, emotionally, while being mocked by the sun. The chorus, all the voices, annoys like none other, and McLachlan, whom I like sometimes, insists on her Scooby Doo Shaggy vocal cracks that are just way-too-damn-much in this song. It's sappy, cheesy, hokey, and everything that earnestly wearing a Winger shirt means.

Doing nothing is only fun when you have something you are supposed to do.

Be My Yoko Ono is hilarious, though.

Ask not what your DAW can do for you, but what you can do with your DAW

Some people weave their identity so strongly with their musical tastes that an insult to the music they like is taken personally. One only has to recognize that it is not a personal attack when I say the B-52s are utter shiite. Even though we state our tastes absolutely--that should never imply that they are universal--just absolute from within our personalities. Or as George Carlin put it: "Have you ever noticed how anyone driving faster than you is a A@#hole and anyone driving slower than you is a moron?"
Doing nothing is only fun when you have something you are supposed to do.

do you mean "earnest" or is there someone named Ernest Bollocks
I couldn't be bothered looking up if the spelling was different or not, but the idea of a singer called Ernest Bollocks tickled me, so went with that.

Maroon 5 ft. Ernest Bollocks

It's definitely got it's irritating qualities, but the (other) Reid brothers are pretty cool

i hate the way janis joplin sings
i hate the way robert plants sings like janis joplin
i hate the way metal bands tries to sing like robert plant

why do people have to sing that high?
like they are trying to shatter glass?
my ears don't like that
my ears loves bass
especially kinky disco bass :D :hihi:

i seem to remember that my german shepherd dog
was never in the room with me when i played
led zeppelin songs
i'm almost sure that robert plant's vocals made him leave
but maybe it's the whole band
or maybe it's because i'm like nigel tuffnel
nothing sounds good if it isn't at level 11

but later on, i started to appeciate robert plant as
a melodyist and lyricist
i mean it's not easy to make melodies that fit lyrics
or vice versa
jimmy page had trouble doing that
he only wrote two led zeppelin songs
his strength is in making music, not making lyrics

so yeah, the way people sings can make great songs hateable?
