Just some small updates - like Dolby Atmos etc etc
Have fun peeps!

Cool. I can see this being a sign of good things to come as well.zvenx wrote: Tue Sep 26, 2023 2:28 pm Interestingly, they hardly mention what Bitwig emailed me to say. Which to me is the biggest part of the news (though I am not really a Studio One user).

I wish I wasn't at work. There's an AMA for NI MK3 on their forums.o Support for NI Kontrol S-Series MK3
o Ableton Live and FL Studio keyboard shortcuts
Does it have MIDI 2 support?runagate wrote: Tue Sep 26, 2023 3:17 pmI wish I wasn't at work. There's an AMA for NI MK3 on their forums.o Support for NI Kontrol S-Series MK3

I wonder what the Live and FL keyboard shortcuts mean? FL as a VST in Studio One makes sense, I'm not familiar enough with Live to know what that would imply.
[ edit ] I've been composing for 3D audio since 1992. Glad to see all sorts of support in Studio One, though not about the Atmos bit. Atmos is a silly, bad-sounding scam.
For this to be of any value - do we need new hardware? Or just driver/software support?
Both I think, but the new NI MkIII’s do support MIDI 2 but I can’t remember if S1 does, yet, but it needs to to get the best from them. It does support MPE, so it might already, although that’s not the same thing of course.Vocalpoint Studios wrote: Tue Sep 26, 2023 4:22 pmFor this to be of any value - do we need new hardware? I am thinking it has to be new hardware for certain. Not quite ready to replace everything just yet

I'm not buying another expensive DAW like Bitwig for that.
