The coupon code on UAD site says it expires 10/3 at 11:59 PST but on the home page it says through 10/2. I'm hoping it's 10/3. I missed out on this until today and am waiting on my thank you code after purchasing the Fairchild.

Yes. Universal Audio is in Scotts Valley, California, which is PDT. So it's 4:00pm there right now. If the sale ends at midnight California time, there should be 8 hours left, though I wouldn't cut it that close. Audio Deluxe is giving it 7½ hours more, so I assume their prices go back to full at 11:30 PDT.

Waited enough, less than 2 hours left now. As a thanks to UA for the amazing "$14" prices, I just bought Lexicon 224 from PB for $39. The thanks coupon I have at UA will surely be useful for future purchases.

It’s for shaping the sound, not for increasing loudness. I found it a bit disappointing for this reason.

Well the sale ended but now Audio Deluxe is having a 15th Anniversary sale and UAD are included with the tape echo and Hammond at the UADTUESDAY price. Neither of those were in the UAD sale, were they?

I swear, this won't stop until we own everything

It's a good deal because I remember IK 80's sound so good

I like Valhalla Delay and the Softube tape delay better than the UAD one. Also, Korneff's Echoleffe kicks both their asses when it comes to tape (to me) - but it's a different sound.

The Audiority Chorus Ensembler is also better than UAD.

Just because something is UAD doesn't mean it's the best (but, from the native plugins so far, it does mean it'll at least be good).
