Hello, I can't load any preset from Repro 1 and 5 into Komplete kontrol.
Repro-5 could not be loaded, as it may not yet support Apple sillicon or VST2 to VST3 migration.

I have installed the last versions of U-he and komplete kontrol. I have an M1 pro processor... The arturia presets for example are working without any problem in komplete Kontrol.

Thanks

Make sure you are not in Rosetta mode

Rescan all plugins in KK - u-he plugins need that for the NKS migration to initialise

Also, have the latest version installed of both KK and our software.

Cubase 12.070 is installed (ARM version)
Komplete Kontrol 3.0

Evreything runs under ARM.. All presets works fine wenn i don't use Komplete kontrol.. I mean when i use Repro 1 or 5 directly....

Like I said do a complete plugin scan (don’t just rely on the startup scan)

If you had installed the current Repro version before December of last year, you need to download Repro again from the product page by clicking the blue download button. It's still the same version, but includes a quick fix that allows Komplete Kontrol to find the VST3 version. So make sure the VST3 is selected during installation.

Afterwards, open Komplete Kontrol, and in the Plugin settings, rescan for installed plugins.
Also go to the library settings, and rescan the Repro presets.
Then Komplete Kontrol will load Repro NKS presets with the VST3 in native Silicon mode.

Ah great... that did the trick for me as well... :-)

I can't get any of the NKS presets to work with any of the four synths I own from u-he: Diva, Hive, Repro, and Zebra legacy. I downloaded all the files today, made sure I had the latest versions of all the plugins installed, dropped the various files on the various plugins while loaded in my preferred DAW (viz., Cubase), and have told Komplete Kontrol (KK) to scan all plugins and re-index all the presets many times to no avail. KK doesn't show *any* of the u-he plugins available for loading or any presets. Any ideas what I should try next?

KK 3.1
1- Delete all vst locations in KK standalone
2- close KK standalone app
3- Reinitialize the KOMPLETE KONTROL Database

Go to the following location on your computer:
Macintosh HD > Users > *Your User Name* > Library > Application Support > Native Instruments
Note: The User Library folder is hidden. See this article for instructions to access hidden macOS folders.
Search through the Native Instruments folder at this location to find the KOMPLETE KONTROL folder.
Delete only the KOMPLETE KONTROL folder found here.

4- Reboot your computer and reopen the KOMPLETE KONTROL software standalone
5- Rescan all VST
6-check that the issue has been resolved.
