It's just a BS multiplier. Will be solved when posting less of it.

Probably if you stop quoting your posts instead of clicking the pen icon to edit ;)

Btw no need to be so dramatic ;)

I must have confused the quote and edit buttons at the time. Shit happens. Just like pricing mistakes.

There will be long term ramifications. TAL will be hurt for years. Do you not understand this or do you just lack empathy for it?

“Can we do 13% of?” vs. “Can we do 13% off?” Anyone could have made that mistake, including a translator.

Best post in the recent thread IMO.

Even two native German speakers talking German to each other may step into a fatal misunderstanding. There are countless occasions I've seen this in my business life.

That's why it's always a good idea to write down / confirm even the simplest 'numbers'. In this case: telling the deducted price, usually pinned down in an order/offer confirmation.

If TAL or AD would have done it, both sides would have been clear about the agreement.

I think there is this childish thinking that we find often in KVR that all companies are giant corporates driven by greed and with no human being managing them...
The reality is that plugins companies are tiny tiny businesses, ran by passion, by very talented developers who could earn much more by being ... in these big corporate companies...
Instead of that they took the courageous (or dumb) path of passion.
