There is not one 'killer' synth to rule them all. But undoubtedly Vital was/is a very hard competitor for Serum. It does so much similar stuff and more (also less/different) than Serum, but costs 0€. For me Phase Plant is a differend kind of beast, that competes with other 'super synths' like Falcon and Pigments. My guess is that Serum 2 will be something great and it would be out already without the release of Vital.

I disagree. On my system PhasePlant is more efficient when using unison.

God forbid people want a product they paid for to be bug free. When you accept money for a product you then own your customers a working product and a reasonable level of support. If you can't or won't provide those then you need to stop selling that product and go out of business. Period.

That's not "drama" that's a simple fact of business.

Is it a fact that everyone who paid for Vital is suffering from issues, and hasn't been delivered any of the features promised for the respective payment tier?

You surely make it sound like it, but, I highly doubt that that's really the case. Rather sounds like you want to make your point stronger, and more "dramatic" indeed.

I own most softsynths for direct side by side comparison, Phase Plant is definitely one of the very best and when its on sale for 99 an utter bargain.
