The mixer channel is visibly and audibly redlining on most of those examples. Still, you can get a sense of how good it sounds.
It is the Analog Warmth that is coloring the Mixer channel :hihi:
Looks like there is a -0.30db limiter on the master as we can see... sounds good to me

I bought it the day it was released.

I think 6 hours is always shorter than 7 days 8)

Do they mean limited to "a total of 6 hours of use within 7 days of installation?"
It was even more confusing before! They recently corrected the wording on their website.

The Wayback Machine has the original wording.

Hehe :) Reminds me of the limits for contactless payments with my debit card: 5 consecutive times or 150 euros, whichever is whatever :D

At least it should say on the demo version start screen how much time is left when opening the plugin. Obviously, there is a timer running in the background, so they might as well display it.

Or you could just pull out a stopwatch and try to remember to keep starting and stopping it, whenever you open and close the plugin in a project. Not distracting in the slightest. And the pressure to try to maximise your experience before the time limit expires, will make you feel like you're taking part in a competitive speed run. This is just how people usually use plugins, doncha know? 🤪

alternately, you could make this very simple: open the plugin, explore it; do that another time (or more), then decide if you want it... or not. no reason to overcomplicate things.

Man! People in this forum are really 'complex'! Do you need more than 6 hours to decide if you like this synth or not?
I can choose a house, a car and a new girlfriend under 6 hours!!
Using: Cubase Pro 15, Reason 13, Tascam US-4x4HR, MODX6, DM12D, LaunchKey 49, Yamaha guitar(Pacifica 612v) and bass (BB234) and some virtual instruments and synths.

It's not necessarily the time spent that's an issue, but the plugin doesn't keep track of how many hours it's used. When I was a new dad, I'd be lucky if I had a half an hour a day to do music, so maybe an hour or two would have been plenty, but that time would have been segmented over the course of weeks. Babies are serious time sucks.

Of course not, it takes 10-20 mins. 6 hours is plenty. People just like talking stuff. Also complaining, they like complaining.

In which order?

Also, if you can do all that in 6 hours, I would question the quality of your life choices.

I predict that inside of 12 months, you will be homeless, transportless and sexless, all due to your impatience and rushing into such important life decisions.

There are people who like complaining about plugins.

And then, there are people who like complaining about people complaining about plugins.

I know which I would rather be. 🤣

when i became a new dad, i gave up everything aside from work, to spend as much time as i could with my son. i still feel i missed a hell of a lot of his early years.

You would be surprised how good your choices could be! If you wait too long, they are gone! Especially if they are of high quality!
In case of this synth, it won't go anywhere, but you would loose time and might miss the discount!

If you have potato instead of a brain in your head, then yes! You can predict that what is going to happen to you!

Don't forget the "Alpha" preset restriction. To mimic this, the houses that you will be looking at will have most of the rooms roped off and the women will wear bags over their heads until you make your decision. :P

The keyboard really eats up a lot of space, while hardly anyone will use it. They could have used that wasted space in a way that would have allowed us to make the whole GUI bigger.

The Unison is mono, right?
