Its out on the pinnaclesys server. Cubase_SX_220b39HanafiH wrote:It’s more of the same, as usual. Oh yes, and exactly where is the final bug fix to SX2? Up Santa’s jingle bells?

Although this update features some important bug fixes it is an unsupported hot fix version.
And I've spent seven years judging Steinberg. But I will be fair, they have got better. They will at least acknowledge now that their software has problems. They will at least respond in their forums, sometimes, when people suffer from the effects of those bugs. And they have, finally, stopped some the worst predatory practices of their marketing such as leapfrogging and walking away from versions once the refund window in the T&Cs is passed. They still ship .00 versions with four pages of fundamental bugs in them.
I somehow don't think these changes arise because of the 'give it a bump if you think Cubase is great hooray' crowd. Its been the result of years of continual and escalating vocal dissastisfaction from legitamate users, and, even, the press.

Boy, are you mistaken! It's a thing Steinberg has learned from Microsoft; it's not a bug, it's a feature.HanafiH wrote: They still ship .00 versions with four pages of fundamental bugs in them.
