Trigger Notes on Devices

I'm interested in writing a bitwig extension with Java that will be able to trigger notes on devices.
Does anyone know if this is possible?

Check the API! You can send midi from an extension. I doubt you’ll have great timing… but sometimes that doesn’t matter. Another option might be to write note data into clip launcher clips.
