Now Black friday is coming and everything, I have two questions.

1) I have Izotope 10 Advanced and I was wondering what is the best price i should wait for to upgade it to version 11?
2) I am interested to by Pro-Q 2 or Kirschoff EQ, Same question, what would be a great price for them? Or should i just get Toneboosters EQ 4 for 29 euros? I'm not a professional by any means but I do like to record and mix my own songs.

I got Kirchoff for $29 or so. It's Plugins Alliance so it we'll get there again sooner or later

IZotope is giving away the Ozone 11 EQ for free right now. It’s an excellent EQ.

That's a really nice EQ for free. 8 bands, each highly configurable and seems clean. It is labeled as a Mastering EQ but it has enough range and control to do Mixing too. Not the same feature set as Pro-Q3, but if I had only this free Ozone 11 EQ I could probably manage.

With BF around the corner do you all think there will be discounts on The Arturia V Collection (I bought Analogue Lab V when I got back into computer recording recently - perhaps an upgrade path?) Props Objekt and Infiltrator 2?

I know Im late to the party but those three really took my fancy since I finally have a somewhat capable Mac these days.

Yes it will, pretty sure. This was the case in the recent years with Saturn 2, Twin 3, Volcano 2 etc.. It's always better to wait 1-2 months after release when they have their first sale (BF this year). Usually they put all their products on sale in their loyalty upgrade, so no exclusions.

Updates and other FF plugins automatically get cheaper the more plugins you have and the more you buy at once. It's not some kind of discount code or so, but a concept that's permanently integrated in the user area. So if you don't have plugins yet and just want one plugins, just wait for a sale and buy from a shop of your choice or FF directly*. Otherwise, check your personal offer from the FF user area. It sounds complicated but it really isn't.

*Feel free to PM me for a 10% off coupon to use in the FF store (disclaimer: it's a tell-a-friend like referral code that would get me some credit for use at FF as well). I don't know if it stacks with sales (I think it does), but it's worth a try.

Historically Arturia have had BF 50% off sales, so I think we can expect some news from them soon-ish. (I'm also waiting )

I don't think having Analog Lab will get you much of a discount. I think buying either Pigments 4 or an older version of V Collection will help your crossgrade/upgrade price be as low as possible. Try knobcloud.com -- people are selling both these products at prices from $50-65. I think having Pigments 4 is best? Also, once you own (the newest verison?) V collection, your crossgrade to Fx collection will be very cheap. Any purchase of newest versions through Arturia should be done during black Friday 50% off of course. Check the V Collection 9 thread here on kvr, people are discount wizards and discuss lots about how to get the best discount. Disclaimer, I'm not sure if buying used on knobcloud signals anything to Arturia and voids any usual discounts. You should also confirm with any seller that they didn't get the software as a freebie or not-for-resale, etc.

I'm interested in upgrading My IK Multimedia T-Racks to T-Racks Max, which is currently on offer, and trying to use the 'jam points' (of which I've amassed quite a few) but it doesn't do anything - is it excluded because it's on offer ? Grrrr
