I know. It's not the same thing though.

I'm not really thinking they'll add plugin hosting. Nevertheless, would be cool.

On another note, the ability to kill the reverb at will is a welcomed surprise.

If you upgrade VolumeShaper 6 and PanShaper 3 in ShaperBox 2, you'll unlock VolumeShaper 7 and PanShaper 4 in ShaperBox 3. And yes, ShaperBox 2 and 3 are totally separate plugins, so you can have them both installed together and continue to use VS6 and PS3 in ShaperBox 2.

This also, of course, means that your existing ShaperBox 2 projects won't be affected when you upgrade.

I bought Shaperbox about 2 weeks ago. Checking my account, it says I "own" reverbshaper (hurray!). How do I update to add the new module? Sorry, this has probably been answered

You just need to log in to your Cableguys account, download the latest ShaperBox 3 installer and your updated license file, then run the installer and import the license file into the plugin via the ShaperBox menu.

Here's a silly question: Is there any difference in using reverbshaper vs simply putting volume shaper before and after a send reverb? You can't modulate the reverb decay or size can you?
