Hello. I'm new to the forum and new to Tracktion. So far i'm very pleased with it. I spent a good while on the forum and couldn't find a specific answer to my problem.
I was wondering if there was a way to hear the filters while playing/recording live instruments. I basically want to be able to hear the effects ie reverb while i'm recording the track instead of having to apply it afterwards.
If this is not possible, would I have to use a standalone VST app. while recording in Tracktion? If so, are there any recommended any cheap or free guitar effects VST's?
Thank you for any advice. I look forward to making plenty of noise.

Yup,
Also, make sure "end-to-end" is selected in both your input device (the icon for your input on the left of the track, click it and you'll see the option in the dialog box in the bottom middle) and for the entire project (there's an e-to-e button in the lower right, or master area, at all times).

Lunch Money, this is just what I was needed to make my Christmas! Santa brought me an Edirol UA-25 and I wanted to listen to effects while recording. Thanks for the info. Tracktion is simply too much fun.
