The factory vs stream content is still pretty confusing. Could you not separate the two things completely? Just give us current and its factory content (presets, samples, and wavetables), then have the stream content as it is in the stream area?

You can see why a lot of us are confused and concerned about what we might end up with if we switch to the perpetual license after a year? Lets have factory content installed with the synth, bosh, done. That can grow over time with updates, great, I hope it does. But separate it out, there's no need I can see for it to creep into the stream. EVERYONE owns the factory content if they own the synth, so why's it thrown in there with the stream stuff?!

Let me (respectfully) disagree to that. If I want to browse my leads, I want to be able to browse regardless of how I own them It make more sense to have filters as discussed earlier.

I hear you all on the content separation, we'll improve it -- I know it's a lame excuse, but 30 days ago, the server didn't actually even know who was searching for anything, we just added all the new credit filters & connection to your personal account and stuff in the last 30 days. We'll clear it up and make it possible to exclude anything which isn't owned perpetually.

The more i play with this synth the more i like it. Minima audio, suggestion might be to add global unison on a whole synth?

Thanks. The presets shouldn't be locked in any way for anyone right now because everyone is either on the All Access plan or the perpetual option with a free year of All Access. The free trial is the same as well.

I think it was mentioned earlier but you can see what you own by looking for the checkmark icon next to packs and the search area. Anything with the AA (All Access) icon is not owned perpetually.

Changed a few things in the aligned suspicions preset and in the sampler the fade out seems to not work. Anyone else see this behaviour (it is fine with Init)

The sampler fade out control becomes disabled when you're using a loop mode because it really only makes sense in one-shot mode (which in turn has crossfade disabled). If that's not what you're seeing let us know!

Thanks for the response, the sampler fade out was user error (I thought another icon was for looping the sample and it was off) . Is a manual on the horizon as I could not see one.

Final question. If I buy the £120 access plan today do I get the credit straight away and can add the additional cash for perpetual now or do I get the credit at the end of 12 months. It does not impact either way other than if in 12 months I would probably set myself a calendar reminder. Ideally I would prefer to do it now so it is done and dusted but this may not be possible.

Yes. There needs to be an easy way to browse everything available in the Stream and purchase new perpetual content, but to be sure you're only using perpetual content.

TBH if I have a perpetual Current license I don't actually want 1 year all-access to Stream. Yes I want to browse it but all downloads I'd want to own. The idea of letting people select own factory content (maybe through initial download credits) might work well with that — and also for those later switching to perpetual.

I just want to have a way to ensure that I only ever download/install factory bank, so that in a year's time i convert ny one year credits to perpetual license and not have to pay extra for things I have been inadvertently using that were aa and not part of the factory bank.

I think it sounds like anything (not in the factory content) that you use will still always work - but you just can't edit/change it.
It does make sense to only have the factory content visable though.
Maybe they can come up with a way to "prune" your local downloads to "Factory Content Only" - for people that come out of the RTO options?

I bought the yearly and I don't think 8t is possible....
But.
You don't need to set a reminder.
Just cancel your subscription right away.
In one year when it will apply, current just won't work and it will be the time for you to pay the addition 19 USD...

Yeah like I said no biggie but just wondered if it could be done now so I could just forget about it.

Basically as you have already paid for the year and owe them nothing else i did not know if they just released the credit straight away as the full transaction is completed.

I cancelled my annual on day 2. It is not allowing me to remove my cc info though.
