How to measure LFO speed by plugin tools

I want to measure the speed of an LFO using a plugin tool.
For example, if you want to measure the delay speed of a chorus effector on a hardware board.
How can I do that?
Most spectrum analyzers cannot measure very low frequencies.

I guess just tap it by hand and us metronome tap feature, many metronomes have that, we also have it in delays I think.
