Bulk download for online preset exchange?

I just got MXXX the other week on Eternal Madness. Is there a way to download all the presets from the online preset exchange with a single action instead of going product by product? I searched but couldn't find anything on it. Thanks

Just use the main presets button for MXXX and it will get you MXXX presets. Other than that I don't understand.
