In case others still do have the resizing issue in Logic - there is exactly one small sector where you can 'grab' the window edge and resize it. It's a small sector in the lower right edge of the synth itself (not the window). Other plug ins do have a hatched triangle there to indicate this. Ignore the cursor changing to an arrow anywhere else in the plug in - you can NOT drag the other edges of the window to resize (neither within, on or outside the window).
Anyway, hope this helps!

If you are reading, Minimal Audio please implament wavetable search option (without need of using stream)
also how to do PWM?

For PWM load the "Pulse PWM" wavetable and modulate the wavetable position with an LFO, curve or envelope.Lbdunequest wrote: Fri Nov 10, 2023 12:36 pm If you are reading, Minimal Audio please implament wavetable search option (without need of using stream)also how to do PWM?

Would love more standard arp patterns as well, this is something I wish more synths had, just different rhythmic arp patterns. The selection is really good but 75% of them are insanely syncopated or swung or just off time to be usable for predictable patterns imo. Ohh and a chord trigger mode pleaaaase thank u and make me some toast and jam and tea and read me a bedtime story thank u

Does the sidechain input do anything?
In Ableton is shows that current can accept a sidechain but it doesn't appear anywhere in the synth.
The obvious place would be in the envelope follower modulator but it isn't there.

Already has a pretty cool chord mode... above Arp in the bottom panel.

Fairly sure I read somewhere that's planned but not implemented yet.kraster wrote: Sat Nov 11, 2023 1:15 am Does the sidechain input do anything?

It should normally be in the "sound source" option in the follower which is by default in "SUMMED".biomechanoid wrote: Sat Nov 11, 2023 2:01 amFairly sure I read somewhere that's planned but not implemented yet.kraster wrote: Sat Nov 11, 2023 1:15 am Does the sidechain input do anything?

But even the help don't show the feature.
Generally I use the envelop followers in Bitwig because modulations in Bitwig are just .... hum... awesome, but I really hope they will implement that soon.

So far OK.
The built-in FX are the real deal here.
Definitely I need to make my own presets for this one like I did for Serum.
Overall, the $199.00 is reasonable because, again, the built-in FX gives it an edge over the obvious competition.

For me it is also the oscillators.Biscotto wrote: Sat Nov 11, 2023 3:36 am So far OK.

Very similar to Vital which I love but slightly better.

chord mode in the arp specifically. as in trigger chords w the arp as chords.biomechanoid wrote: Sat Nov 11, 2023 2:00 amAlready has a pretty cool chord mode... above Arp in the bottom panel.

“Slightly” is too little to discern.Jac459 wrote: Sat Nov 11, 2023 6:22 amFor me it is also the oscillators.Biscotto wrote: Sat Nov 11, 2023 3:36 am So far OK.

It’s definitely a synth that it will have to keep up with what’s coming….

No no, it isn't too little... Sorry, I don't mean that I am comparing 2 perfect sine wave form both oversampled 8x synth and pretend I hear a difference between both.Biscotto wrote: Sat Nov 11, 2023 7:10 am“Slightly” is too little to discern.Jac459 wrote: Sat Nov 11, 2023 6:22 amFor me it is also the oscillators.Biscotto wrote: Sat Nov 11, 2023 3:36 am So far OK.

I don't.
My remark is very ground-based. The wavetables oscillators of Vital and Current have both waveshaping and spectral treatments. Current has much more (maybe twice) effects to be applied to the wavetable ocillators than Vital. That's why I am saying it is better. In comparison, Serum has no spectral capacity on the oscillators, only waveshaping.
The 3 of them have kick-ass Unison...

Yeah. The amount of options even within one wavetable is mind boggling.Jac459 wrote: Sat Nov 11, 2023 8:18 amNo no, it isn't too little... I would love a manual to briefly explain what each effect is doing.
I keep stumbling across things too. (Haven’t watched all the videos).
Like I didn’t know you could alter the level of the fundamental and the harmonics independently in the sub oscillator.
Or using a specific oscillator source in the envelope follower allows you to use it as a general modulator for anything. e.g. using noise from the sampler as a source (“pre fader”) with the attack and release all the way down.
Doing the same thing with a sine wave gives you another way of doing FM. You can use it for Filter FM, for example.
Or using the random parameter on a square LFO gives you classic sample and hold style modulation.
You can then combine these so you could have the sample and hold LFO’s level modulated by the noise driven envelope follower for cross modulation weirdness.
The synth is a great example of being complex without being complicated.
