Yes, they do. However, some people claim they don't receive any thank you coupons at all.
I have received my third thank you coupon a month ago for a $29 purchase of LA2A upgrade.
It's issued only on the official site, and only for purchases where thank you coupon is not used.

@Eric any chance JRR Shop could match those Phase Plant deals - $49 for standard, $99 for ultimate?

Edit: ended up buying it via Guitar Center using “Checkout” so will just have to see how it all pans out.

I went with the Ultimate in the end. Cost me £83 which is super cheap to get the full product.

I bought it too (ultimate toolbox), at first it asked an US address, but a fake address even did not pass me to the next page. But when I chose Checkout instead of Paypal I did not need an address anymore and could select paypal again in the next page. Did not receive the license yet, hopefully within the few hours like they mention in their email.

Came here to ask the same question. It's been around three hours and no Phase Plant license yet.

I suppose they are getting slammed but it's almost 2024 so automatic digital product distribution is certainly not rocket science.

This worked for me, cheers for the info; guess it’s now a case of wait and see. I just got back into playing guitar MIDI recently so be interesting to see how weird the sounds I could make with that stuff.

To be fair they do mention it could take "hours" to get the license so no real worries yet. They did send a "we're working on it" email that went to spam but nothing since.

I'm just afraid they might pull the "oooops that was the wrong price" ploy.

I don't need phase Plant but I'm a sucker for a deal so for $51.74 with tax it was too hard to pass up.

I'll give them the rest of the day and see where we stand.
