So my question is can i copy this to another project?
Ok maybe this is realy easy, but i cant see how can be done so sorry for stupid question
Any help...
Wow, cool. This may solve a particular problem for me -- I have projects full of just drum loops that I want to use in other projects, plus I have some midi drum loops that are organized as songs with 10-16 tracks of drum loops. Now I can browse them individually without having to go through the import midi file browser (and click channel 10 every time). Excellent!speccyteccy wrote:Send all the step sequences to the piano roll then export project bones. You can then drag and drop all the channels, fx, scores back into a new project from the sample browser. Unfortunately exporting project bones doesn't include step sequences.
this is absolutly the way to go. I have made whole samplers out of the layer thing (tho not velocity sensitive, who give a damn!) and saved the layer states. its a great little trick if you have a bunch of upright bass samples from CM or something of that sortRellik wrote:Well, if you mean the actual setup of the drums themselves -
If you make a Layer channel and set all the Sampler channels to be children of it, then save the Layer channel, you will be able to get the "drumkit" back just by loading up that Layer again.
when you have your layter controlling all your samples all nice how you want it, click the square icon in the top left of the sampler properties and select "save layer state as"mn wrote:Can you guys please clarify what you mean by saving just the layer or saving the layer state?
