Got the same with the Toolbox Ultimate just now. Fair enough, it did seem like a pricing error but worth taking a punt as you never know.

I doubt there is one or that it would matter.

But I can give you my opinion -- those low cost subscriptions are just a means of encouraging you to introduce their product lineup into your project files.

Then, later, you want to work on the project. However your subscription has expired. So you need to either sign up for the full priced sub, buy the standalone plugins for big money, or spend a load of time replacing these plugins for something else.

What is the consensus around here about the UAD SPARK sub for a year for 99 bucks?

I subbed on a similar deal earlier this year. Never used UA before as I don't have their hardware but, Spark is great value at that price. Plugins are good quality and they've already added a heap more to the list I started with.
I'm using them a lot, but finding I keep gravitating to certain plugins, so may end up buying the ones I always use and cancel the sub. Got time to decide.
