Looks interesting, anybody have the VCS-1 ?

I also spotted this in the sales, what do people think ? So much stuff out there but it sounds OK to me

Having tried them all pretty much.. The only plugin that actually gives a good impression of 'real' analog in my opinion, is Airwindows Console(4/5/6/7/8 - any of them). Use whatever eq/comps or channel strip plugins you like as usual but put each channel through Console.

I like this one a lot. Layout makes sense, the eq works exactly like it should, and the compressor is flexible. It has three different saturation modes, but i don't really use those. Doesn't seem to be emulating an existing console, it's just a bunch of good things in a single ui.

I just saw this one, $14.90 in the sale is a bargain!

How is the Softube American Class A (API) strip? It's only $45 USD right now.

I went for it - is great ! The saturation is very nice and the width function is also good

Since it's on sale right now, how is the Softube British Class A? I'm going to demo, but thought I'd get some opinions as well. I'm also curious how it compares to the Voosteq Model N, which seems to be getting lots of praise.

Voosteq Model N is superb. It’s the first channelstrip that I really like to use.
