No. The FX Collection upgrades are more like V Collection, you pay to upgrade and the bigger the version gap the more it costs.

If you want the next version probably better to wait and buy it on sale for $50. I bought their other guitar plugin to get the upgrade but the upgrade cost as much as when it goes on sale anyhow. And they never put the upgrade on the sale.
