MGuitarArchitect does not have multiple output channel versions of the plugin like MXXX. That would be nice for creating parallel path effects and handling them separately in the DAW.
This applies to Bitwig (as I believe this works ok in Reaper).
Any feedback on how to do this would be great.

Put it in MXXX6out. Below it add 6 plugins such as ChannelVolume. Set those all to Input 1 (by right-clicking them and selecting the input). Voila!
(Edit after the screenshot - probably even better to use something simpler like the Volume & Panorama plugin for the second row, but you can pretty much use any plugin in MXXX for this)

Put a mixer plugin above output channel 3, right-click it and use lanes 5&6 as inputs for it (probably click "Steal" for those channels so they don't also output to their original lanes). If I'm understanding your question correctly. You may have to fiddle with other mixers and the other channels to get exactly what you want, and not what you don't want, out of each lane.
